Registration Fee $200.00 - This fee includes lunch on Thursday and Friday, continuous coffee break service,
open Pub Room (Cash Bar from 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. Thursday), Casino Night, and all
conference materials. Dinner Thursday evening may be purchased for $30 for those attendees
attendees not staying overnight. (Please note the last day to register is 9/22).
Lodging Conference rate is $150.00 plus tax (single occupancy) and $120.00 plus tax (per person) for
double occupancy. These rates include a buffet style dinner Thurday evening and a hot
breakfast on Friday morning in the Dining Room.

9/10. Rooms are based on availability, so please call to book your reservation soon.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation requests received by September 22, 2009 will be refunded less a
$25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations after 9/22.
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
